A rare opportunity presents for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the Braemar team. Your responsibilities will be to plan, coordinate and monitor a comprehensive facility maintenance and compliance system across the hospital campus including the safe and effective management of all hospital services including monitoring a sophisticated building management system, the safe and effective distribution of medical gases and to maintain a sterile environment for the safety of staff and patients.
In order to be successful in this role, core skills and experience will be advanced technical expertise in a Hospital environment and systems, a trade qualification (Electrical/Mechanical), a proven record of Asset/Lifecycle management and a proven ability to manage teams with a high level of health and safety experience. An understanding of medical sterilisation and decontamination processes and principles would be beneficial.
As we have an extensive Hospital campus development plan, project management is an important aspect of the role and proven experience is required.
