Under the expert guidance of Executive Chef PJ Smit and his incredible kitchen team, every meal is prepared with passion and attention to detail. Special mention also goes to Braemar staff for their input to recipes and ingredients including Romita’s Malaysian curry, Leigh’s pumpkin and quinoa salad and Allan’s hazelnuts that feature on the brandy hazelnut pudding and ice cream.
